Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in refractory installation and supervision.
Knowledge of refractory materials, installation techniques, and standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
