Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Description :
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products
• Generate sales leads through tel-calling & online marketing activities.
• She should work on leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, & assist for closing the deals. Interact with customers to determine their requirements & addressing their queries.
• Explain products/services & demonstrate features & benefits.
• Keep record of calls & sales & note useful information.
• Maintain potential customer data & stay connected with the customers periodically.
• Go the extra miles to meet sales target & facilitate future sales.
• Explain the product or service to potential customers
• Provide pricing details
• Handle customer questions
• Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
• Receive orders over the telephone
• Input order details into the computer system
• Record customer details and details of transaction
• Confirm orders placed with field sales representatives
• Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Education and Experience :
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Minimum 1 years in telemarketing and sales
• Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
• Product knowledge
