Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations and system enhancements
• Analyze business requirements and deliver techno-functional solutions
• Configure Oracle EBS modules and system workflows
• Prepare BRDs and functional specifications
• Develop, review, and manage RICEFW components
• Work extensively with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow
• Handle integrations (APIs, XML, Web Services)
• Support system upgrades and performance optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience
• Strong techno-functional consulting expertise
• Proven experience in full EBS lifecycle implementations
• Technical Expertise:
Oracle EBS (Mandatory)
RICEFW Components
PL/SQL Development
Oracle Forms & Reports
Oracle Workflow
APIs / XML / Web Services Integrations
• Preferred Knowledge:
Oracle EBS R12.x
• Core Skills:
Strong communication & stakeholder management
Analytical & solution design capabilities
ERP system optimization & enhancements

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
OMR 2,500 – 4,500 per month (Estimated for Senior Oracle EBS Consultants in Oman / GCC Market)
