Experience: 1–2+ years in accounting (Hospitality or Holiday Homes experience preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (preferred)
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000

Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial operations of holiday homes and short-term rental properties in Dubai. This role requires handling day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciling financial data, and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations while supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality or holiday homes accounting and be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter daily revenue into QuickBooks from RMS and OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda
• Reconcile third-party payout reports with internal records to resolve discrepancies
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, issue tax invoices, and track guest payments and owner payouts
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash in collaboration with the operations team
• Assist with financial reporting and ensure VAT invoicing compliance with UAE regulations
Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in hospitality or holiday homes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda) and Property Management Systems
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Ability to meet daily deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
