Maintenance Supervisor
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Requirements :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably within real estate, property management, or facility management.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BMS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
