Project Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Details :
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in both consultancy and contracting environments.
• Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, DDA/DM/DCD procedures PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
