Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency
· Manage inventory, stock levels, and ingredient control
· Plan, place, and track orders for ingredients and supplies
· Coordinate timely transfers of semi-finished and finished products to outlets
· Monitor production efficiency and reduce wastage
· Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and stock transfers
· Handle POS and inventory management systems
· Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure consistent product availability
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Proven experience in F&B central kitchen operations or supply chain management.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Knowledge of inventory management systems and production planning.
· Experience handling POS and inventory software systems.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
