-Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
-Receive and manage inbound customer calls
-Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
-Maintain proper call records and update customer data
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
-Follow company guidelines and service standards
