We are seeking a highly qualified Consultant Physician specializing in Pediatric Orthopedics to join a reputable government hospital in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering specialized orthopedic care to pediatric patients, leading clinical decision-making, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage orthopedic conditions in infants, children, and adolescents
• Perform and oversee surgical and non-surgical treatments
• Provide expert consultation and treatment planning
• Lead ward rounds, case reviews, and clinical discussions
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians and medical staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols
• Engage in patient and family education and support
• Contribute to service development, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
• Valid Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH) License or Exam Pass
• Tier 1 qualification as per DOH guidelines
• Minimum 3+ years post-board experience in Pediatric Orthopedics
