Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor EHS / HSE policies and procedures on site
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed safety reports
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement of safety practices
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or related discipline (preferred)
Certifications
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory)

Experience
Proven experience as EHS / HSE Officer in construction projects
Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations
Technical Competencies
Understanding of site safety procedures and compliance frameworks
Experience conducting risk assessments and safety audits
Strong reporting and documentation skills

Professional Skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments

Additional Requirements:
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates based in UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 7,000 – 12,000 per month
