Job Position – Accountant – Receivable Specialist

Looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Accountant – Receivable Specialist to join our Finance Department in the Dubai, UAE. This role is responsible for structured billing, collections, ledger accuracy, and revenue execution within a governed financial environment. If you understand that revenue protection starts with accurate billing and disciplined follow-ups — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Issue invoices within 48 hours of billing trigger
• Maintain accurate client ledgers
• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile deposits
• Prepare weekly aging reports
• Follow up on overdue invoices
• Identify unbilled matters and revenue gaps
• Support ERP data integrity and financial reporting
Requirements
• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience in professional services preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• ERP/accounting system experience
• Strong English communication skills
• High accuracy and accountability
