Job Title: Construction Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 7–10 years of construction experience, with UAE experience mandatory
Immediate joiners preferred
Knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations is an advantage
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and safety standards
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with construction contracts, budgets, and timelines
Proficient in project management software and reporting
