Landscape Projects & Maintenance Manager
Job Location : UAE
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in landscaping projects and maintenance in the UAE
• Proven experience managing approvals with RTA, Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Dubai South, and other relevant authorities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent technical knowledge of landscaping, swimming pools, irrigation, civil, MEP, hardscape and softscape works
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, or equivalent project management tools
• Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting
• Excellent reporting, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• PMP certification is a plus
