Administrative Officer
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage daily administrative operations of the branch
• Prepare, review, and process property listings, contracts, and related documentation
• Coordinate with agents, clients, and external partners regarding documentation and compliance
• Maintain accurate records and databases (CRM systems, listings, contracts)
• Ensure all property listings comply with relevant Abu Dhabi regulations
• Handle correspondence, reports, and internal communications
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary
• Support management with reporting and operational tasks
Requirements :
• Proven experience in an administrative role (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
