Urgently require a Business Set-up Consultant for the UAE
Role Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Business Setup Consultant to support
entrepreneurs and companies in establishing and managing their businesses in the UAE. The role
involves handling company formation, licensing, visa processing, and coordination with government
authorities while providing end-to-end advisory services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Advice clients on the most suitable business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, and
Offshore) based on their business activities and goals.
Handle end-to-end company formation processes, including trade name reservation, initial
approvals, and license issuance.
Coordinate with UAE government authorities such as DED, Free Zones, Immigration,
MOHRE, and other relevant entities.
Manage investor, employment, family, and partner visa applications, renewals, and
cancellations.
Assist with document preparation, notarization, attestation, and submission to authorities.
Guide clients on corporate bank account opening requirements and liaise with banks when
required.
Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, visas, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain accurate client records, tracking setup stages and compliance deadlines.
Provide after-setup support including amendments, activity changes, and company
restructuring.
Stay updated with UAE laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to business
setup.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of UAE business setup procedures and regulations.
Familiarity with Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company structures.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple government departments and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with a client-centric approach.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in business setup, corporate services, or PRO services in the UAE.
Experience dealing with DED, Free Zones, Immigration, and MOHRE is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
