Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to plan, develop, and execute
effective social media strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and drive
business growth. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking, with a
strong understanding of the UAE digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and
business goals.
Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn,
Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and manage content calendars, campaign plans, and posting schedules.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content writers to produce high-quality
content.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads,
and conversions.
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely
manner.
Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social platforms.
Support influencer marketing and collaboration campaigns where required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, and audience
engagement.
Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Executive, Strategist, or similar role.
Proven experience managing brand or business social media accounts.
Experience in the UAE or GCC market is preferred.
Preferred Attributes
Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads).
Knowledge of influencer marketing and content collaborations.
Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
Basic understanding of graphic/video tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus).
