Job Description
1. Quality control &Assurance: Ensure the concrete being mixed meets all required quality standards. This involves conducting tests to check the strength and consistency of the concrete.
2. Mix accuracy: Verify that the concrete is mixed correctly, ensuring the proper proportions of materials are used and the mix meets the specifications for each job.
3. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain all machinery and testing tools in good working condition to guarantee accurate results.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of tests, mix designs, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
5. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to the concrete or the mixing process as they arise.
6. Training & Guidance: Train and guide team members, share expertise, and ensure adherence to best practices in concrete mixing and testing.
7. Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their needs,
8. On-Site/plant: Check the quality of concrete at both the plant and site, solving issues that occur on-site.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials and testing methods.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of precision in work to ensure all aspects of the concrete mixing and testing process are executed correctly.

Salary & Benefits Salary will discussed and finalized based on Qualification, experience, skills and Interview assessment by client but additional facilities are -WORKING HOURS 9 +1 HOURS; WEEKLY OFF EVERY FRIDAY, FOOD PROVIDED ,ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED, PHONE PROVIDED. MEDICAL PROVIDED,VACATION AFTER ONE YEAR FOR 30 DAYS, GRATUITY AS PER OMAN LABOUR LAW
