Job Title: Project Engineer / Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Summary:
Winter Plus Interior Design Works L.L.C is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects across F&B and retail (mall) sectors in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years of local experience, a valid UAE driving license, and a strong background in managing all phases of fit-out projects—from planning and execution to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee daily site activities and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce.
Coordinate between internal departments (design, procurement, estimation, contracts) and external stakeholders.
Ensure quality, safety, and cost standards are met across all stages of the project.
Act as the key contact for clients, ensuring expectations are aligned and communicated.
Maintain detailed documentation and issue regular progress reports.
Resolve technical and operational issues on-site and implement contingency plans.
Control logistics, material deliveries, and site installations efficiently.
Represent the company professionally on all project sites.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out (F&B and retail/mall projects preferred).
Background in joinery, interior fit-out, and civil works.
Strong leadership and coordination skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
Solid understanding of project contracts, quality assurance, and HSE practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
