Plant Manager
Kuwait Full-Time Food & Beverage industry

Responsibilities:
Develop objectives and KPIs for the Production Plant in compliance with the Company business goals and ensure that the Production Line's employees are working towards the achievement of these goals
Review the operating results of the Production Plant and follow-up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results
Ensure the implementation of the Production Plant's established policies and procedures
Administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for all violations of company policies, rules and procedures
Maintain approved budget to ensure all Production activities are within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with international quality standards and ISO 22000, in liaison with the Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Department

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management, Food Technology, Food Processing, or related field. Master degree would be an added value.
Requirement open for Male Candidates
Knowledge of manufacturing safety programs, quality assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices
Strong knowledge of food plant operations in terms of both productivity and cost drivers
Minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience in the same or related field (e.g. meat, chicken...etc.)
Excellent English, Arabic would be an added value
