Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize MS SQL database environments
• Perform database installation and configuration
• Monitor database health and implement proactive performance measures
• Ensure data integrity, security, and backup & recovery procedures
• Implement database security policies and access controls
• Participate in database capacity planning and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot database-related incidents and performance issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 5 – 7 years of MS SQL Administration experience
• Strong expertise in SQL Server installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Experience in database performance monitoring and tuning
• Strong understanding of backup, recovery, and data protection strategies
• Experience implementing database security controls
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good documentation and communication capabilities
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 10,000 – 16,000 per month
