Job Title: Authority Approvals Coordinator – Interior Fit Out Design
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
3–6 years of experience in handling authority approvals for interior fit-out projects
UAE experience mandatory
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of UAE local authority approval processes (DLD, DCD, RERA, Municipality, etc.)
Ability to coordinate submissions and follow-ups with authorities
Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Only candidates with relevant UAE experience will be considered
