What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated Agriculture Engineer with a strong background in greenhouse systems, including:
Design, operation, and maintenance of greenhouse structures
Crop production under controlled environments
Climate control, irrigation, fertigation, and nutrient management
Yield optimization and sustainable farming practices
Pest and disease management specific to greenhouse crops
Responsible for the design, operation, and optimization of greenhouse systems to ensure efficient and high-yield crop production under controlled environments. Oversees climate control, irrigation, fertigation, nutrient management, and pest control programs while implementing sustainable and innovative farming practices. Ensures proper maintenance of greenhouse structures and equipment, monitors crop performance, and drives continuous improvement to maximize productivity and operational efficien
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering / Agriculture or related field
Proven experience working in greenhouse projects or operations
Strong technical and analytical skills
Hands-on, solution-driven, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage site activities
