Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters
Understand client requirements and propose effective IT solutions
Prepare account performance reports, presentations, and summaries
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues
Assist in developing account growth strategies and identifying new opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to meet client expectations
Track account performance, deliverables, and follow-up activities
Support sales initiatives with upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Maintain professionalism and high service standards in all client interactions
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Key Account Management, Client Relations, or similar role
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
Knowledge of CRM tools and client management software is a plus
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
