Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering
8–12 years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial plants
Strong background in process optimization, production planning, and operations management
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and plant operations
Experience in EPC / EPIC project environments is preferred
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary departments
Proficiency in production software, monitoring systems, and reporting tools
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
