Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Support preparation of financial statements and management reports
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, payables, receivables, and inventory
Assist in budgeting and expense monitoring processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies
Coordinate with internal departments to support financial accuracy
Support audit preparation and documentation requirements
Maintain proper documentation and financial reporting systems
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory)
Certifications (Preferred):
ACCA, CPA, CMA (part-qualified or pursuing) preferred
IFRS certification or training is an advantage
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Experience in financial reporting and accounting operations
Experience working with ERP systems preferred
Technical & Soft Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 5,000 – AED 7,500 per month (based on accountants in Dubai with 2–4 years of experience)
