Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives
Lead end-to-end machine learning lifecycle including data shaping, feature engineering, modeling, validation, and deployment
Apply deep learning and advanced statistical modeling techniques in production environments
Implement MLOps best practices for CI/CD, containerization, and automated model deployment
Ensure model monitoring, governance, and Responsible AI compliance post-launch
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into structured AI solutions
Work with data engineering teams to optimize pipelines using Spark, Kafka, and dbt
Deploy models using cloud platforms such as Azure ML
Develop dashboards and insights using Power BI or Tableau
Mentor junior data scientists and promote professional development within the AI team
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Master’s degree preferred
Certifications (Preferred):
Professional Machine Learning certification
Cloud certifications (Azure AI/ML) are advantageous
MLOps or Data Engineering certifications are a plus
Experience:
7+ years of overall experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience in relevant AI/ML roles
Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production
Experience working in regulated industries preferred
Demonstrated experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks
Technical Skills:
Programming: Python, R, SQL, Streamlit
ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, Hugging Face
MLOps & Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, Git CI/CD
Data Engineering: Apache Spark, Kafka, dbt
Cloud: Azure ML
Visualization: Power BI, Tableau
Responsible AI & Governance Tools: AI governance platforms (e.g., Atlan)
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to convert business ambiguity into structured AI solutions

AED 35,000 – AED 50,000 per month (based on senior-level AI/ML professionals in Dubai with 7+ years of experience)
