Job Description :
• Review and analyse tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents for civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, material requirements, and resource planning for pre-contract submissions.
• Conduct risk analysis and identify cost drivers, uncertainties, and potential value engineering opportunities.
• Liaise with design engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to validate assumptions and clarify technical queries.
• Develop competitive bid pricing strategies while ensuring profitability and compliance with client requirements.
• Track market rates for labour, materials, and subcontractors in the UAE infrastructure sector.
• Maintain accurate records of pre-contract estimates, historical costs, and market trends.
• Support management in tender submissions, technical proposals, and client presentations.
