Project Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and resources.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports.
• Assist in procurement and material tracking.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Support site team with documentation and approvals.
• Maintain project records and correspondence.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail or commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
