Area Development Representative (ADR)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage assigned sales territory to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers/outlets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Execute sales plans, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
• FMCG field sales experience preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
