Senior Architect – Designer
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end design and execution of real estate projects
• Prepare architectural plans, technical drawings, and documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Manage authority approvals and ensure compliance with regulations
• Supervise site execution and quality control
• Mentor junior architects and design teams
Requirements:
• Direct, hands-on experience working with real estate developers (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience in high-rise residential or large-scale developments
• Strong technical knowledge, documentation skills, and stakeholder coordination
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
• Excellent communication and project management skills
