Key Responsibilities
• Lead full project planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage underground construction activities and methodologies
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and cost control processes
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and project stakeholders
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality compliance
• Monitor project risks, delays, and corrective measures
• Provide structured reporting and performance updates
• Drive team leadership and operational efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projects
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant underground / micro tunnelling experience
• Strong expertise in:
Micro Tunnelling
TBM Operations
Pipe Jacking
Shaft Construction
Underground Utility Works
• Proven infrastructure project experience in the UAE
• RTA project experience (Preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management capability
