Key Responsibilities :
• Implement and enforce HSE policies on-site
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance for mechanical, civil, and electrical works
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and incident logs
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and HSE teams
• Investigate incidents, report findings, and recommend preventive measures
• Provide guidance and training to site personnel on safe work practices
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience in mechanical, civil, or electrical projects
• NEBOSH certification mandatory for HSE Officer positions
• ADNOC-approved candidates preferred
• Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and ADNOC standards
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, HSE, or related discipline preferred
