Recruitment Specialist – Staffing & Talent Acquisition
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Shortlist qualified candidates and maintain candidate database
• Schedule interviews and provide timely candidate updates
• Ensure efficient and timely closure of open positions
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for management
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
