Job Title: Behavior Therapist (CDA Licensed)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education, or related field
Valid CDA License (Community Development Authority – UAE) mandatory
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in behavioral therapy, preferably with children of determination / special needs
Experience in ABA therapy or other evidence-based behavioral interventions preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and therapy techniques
Ability to design and implement Individualized Behavior Plans (IBPs)
Experience working with developmental disorders such as ASD, ADHD, or other behavioral challenges
Strong communication and collaboration skills with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Patience, empathy, and effective behavior management skills
