Job Title: Head of Inclusion
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head of Inclusion or in a senior inclusive education leadership role
Proven experience in developing and managing inclusion programs and supporting students of determination
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and curriculum adaptation
Leadership and team management skills to supervise special educators and support staff
Ability to plan, monitor, and evaluate inclusion programs for students with diverse learning needs
Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills with staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with UAE education standards, policies, and regulations for inclusion
