Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across civil construction projects
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards
• Conduct inspections, material verification, and quality audits
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor testing and inspection schedules to meet project timelines
• Ensure adherence to local UAE construction regulations and quality standards
• Support internal and external quality audits
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in civil construction projects
• UAE construction experience preferred
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, inspection procedures, and documentation practices
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulatory requirements
• Experience in preparing method statements, ITPs, and quality reports
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Certifications (Preferred for Career Growth)
• ISO 9001 or Quality Management certifications
• Relevant QA/QC or construction quality certifications
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 8,000 – 14,000 per month (based on UAE civil QA/QC engineer roles with relevant construction experience)
