Admin & Office Assistant
An organized and proactive Admin & Office Assistant is also required to handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting tasks such as invoicing, LPO processing, payment follow-ups, documentation handling, and company registration procedures.
Strong communication skills and professional interaction with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Well-structured approach to office management and coordination tasks.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
