Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support Oracle HCM Payroll and Core HR modules
Manage payroll setup, validation, and compliance requirements
Design and generate reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
Support data migration activities and validation processes
Work on system integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications
Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution
Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements
Ensure documentation of functional specifications and configuration changes
Support post-implementation enhancements and system optimization
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of Oracle HCM experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Payroll and Core HR modules
Experience in enterprise payroll configuration and compliance
Experience in data migration, integrations, and system testing
Technical Skills:
Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration
Core HR functional expertise
Reporting tools: OTBI and BI Publisher
Integration and data migration knowledge
Understanding of HR compliance and payroll regulations
Preferred Criteria:
Arab Nationals preferred
Experience working in UAE or GCC enterprise environments
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
Strong documentation and testing coordination skills

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 20,000 – 28,000 per month, based on mid-to-senior level Oracle HCM Payroll consultants in Dubai with 5+ years of experience.
