Senior Product Manager
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy for everyday banking and wealth products
Manage full product lifecycle including ideation, development, launch, and optimization
Drive CASA growth and digital banking penetration initiatives
Oversee current accounts, savings accounts, deposits, remittance, and related retail products
Collaborate with fintech partners and support Open Banking API integrations
Support crypto-related product exposure or partnership integration initiatives
Ensure regulatory compliance within UAE and GCC banking frameworks
Manage product P&L, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis
Coordinate with technology, compliance, risk, and operations teams
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in digital wealth platforms
Support Swift, FTS, remittance, and cross-border transaction product enhancements
Align product strategy across Conventional and Islamic banking segments
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or CFA qualification is an advantage.
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in Retail Banking Product Management
UAE or GCC banking experience is mandatory
Experience working in a regulated banking environment
Strong exposure to digital banking and wealth platforms
Technical & Functional Skills:
Strong understanding of product economics and P&L management
Expertise in CASA, deposits, remittance, and digital banking products
Understanding of Open Banking APIs and digital ecosystem integration
Experience collaborating with fintech partners
Exposure to crypto product integration or partnership models
Familiarity with Swift, FTS, and financial transaction systems
Soft Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage cross-functional teams in regulated environments

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 30,000 – 45,000 per month, based on senior-level retail banking product management roles in the UAE with digital wealth and Open Banking expertise.
