Food and Beverage Supervisor (Luxury Hospitality)
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Job Details :
• 3-5 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations within a luxury hotel environment, including at least 2 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage diverse teams.
• Strong guest service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Solid understanding of health, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in inventory tracking, scheduling, and cost management.
• Solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges efficiently.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus.
