Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement
Develop and implement HR policies in line with company standards and UAE labor laws
Manage employee performance appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions
Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate staff training programs
Handle employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce development
