Must has at least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia
Must has experience in a construction company, and preferred general contracting company with a civil background
Recent job title must be Lead Estimation Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for engineering projects, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.
Tendering & Bidding: Develop competitive bids and proposals based on project specifications.
Quantity Takeoff: Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine material quantities and costs.
Budget Analysis: Assess project budgets and recommend cost-saving strategies.
Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors for bidding purposes.
Cost Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project costs and provide financial reports to management.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure cost estimates align with industry standards and contractual obligations.
