Senior IT Project Manager

Job Location : Kuwait

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects including Core Banking, Payments, migrations, integrations, and system upgrades.
• Define and manage project scope, charter, schedules, budgets, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, testers, and architects.
• Manage project governance, including steering committee reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational risk requirements.
• Coordinate system integration across cards, payments, digital banking, AML, and finance platforms.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Maintain complete project documentation, reporting, and handover materials.

Required Experiences & Qualifications :

• 7–11+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Delivery experience in Core Banking implementations(preferred).
• Experience with Payments systems(preferred).
• Background in banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
• Strong vendor and third-party management experience.
• Expertise in Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification(preferred).
• Languages: English required | Arabic preferred.
