Job Location : UAE
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in UAE or GCC region
• Knowledge of medical and healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and sourcing skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, therapists, and other medical staff
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Manage job postings and advertising across various platforms
