Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Act as a Scrum facilitator and Agile coach, ensuring teams adhere to Agile principles and Scrum framework best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives.
Identify and remove impediments or obstacles that may impact team productivity or delivery timelines.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on performance and optimize workflows.
Track and report team progress, sprint metrics, and delivery performance to stakeholders.
Foster transparent communication and collaboration among development teams, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Encourage accountability, ownership, and Agile mindset adoption across development teams.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Project Facilitator within software development environments.
Experience working with Agile development teams and Scrum-based delivery frameworks.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Experience managing Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and sprint performance metrics.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and project stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Certifications (Preferred)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
Agile or SAFe-related certifications

AED 18,000 – AED 25,000 per month (Based on Scrum Master roles in Dubai with Agile project experience)
