Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage high-rise building construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource management strategies.
Manage project budgets, cost control processes, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
Ensure project compliance with UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and address operational challenges or delays.
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure effective project communication.
Conduct project performance reviews, risk assessments, and quality control procedures.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, engineering specifications, and contractual obligations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
Extensive experience managing high-rise construction projects in the UAE or GCC region.
Proven leadership experience in construction project management roles.
Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, cost control, and contractor coordination.
Technical Skills
Valid Unlimited Engineering License in the UAE (mandatory).
Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and building codes.
Experience managing construction budgets, timelines, and large engineering teams.
Proficiency in project planning tools and construction project management systems.

Certifications (Preferred)
PMP (Project Management Professional)

Salary:
AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 per month (Based on experience)
