Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
7–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or coffee/restaurant sectors
Requirements:
Must have experience in strategic marketing, brand management, and campaign planning
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
Ability to lead a marketing team and coordinate with cross-functional departments
Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Joud Coffee’s brand and products
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Manage the marketing team, providing guidance and performance evaluation
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Coordinate with sales, operations, and creative teams for brand consistency
Prepare reports on marketing performance and ROI
