Administrative Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents
• Assist with procurement of office supplies and inventory management
• Support HR and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (preferably in oil, gas, or industrial sector)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
