Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience including leadership or supervisory roles
Skills
Strong sales leadership and team management abilities
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities
Customer relationship management expertise
Certifications (Preferred):
Sales leadership or business development certifications are considered advantageous
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 15,000 – SAR 22,000 per month (based on experience and sales leadership responsibility in Saudi Arabia)
