Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and client inquiries.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Meet potential clients and explain UAE company formation procedures.
Provide consultation on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company setups.
Advise clients on license types, visa quotas, office requirements, and government approvals.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, licensing, and visa processing.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients and promote additional services such as VAT, Corporate Tax, Accounting, and Bank Account Opening.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE business setup sales.
Strong knowledge of Dubai Mainland and Free Zone company formation processes.
Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000
